Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Feel Nothing = Pay Nothing Guarantee, the following terms apply:
- The guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of eligible Mijox products or services.
- You must initiate your claim within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing admin@mijox.store.
- You must be willing to participate in the Complimentary Style Support Program as part of the guarantee process. This ensures you’ve given the product a fair shot and received our expert guidance.
Exclusions
The following are not covered by the guarantee:
- Claims made after the 30-day period from the date of delivery.
- Products purchased at discounted, clearance, or final sale prices, unless otherwise specified.
- Orders made by repeat customers who have previously claimed a refund under this policy.
- Damage caused by misuse, alteration, or failure to follow care instructions.
