Growing up Anthony and Krissan noticed that males only cared about the quality of what covered their underwear and socks. Until a wedding or a date. But, what about the rest of the year? How about their dates and partners? Their partners definitely cared.
Mijox promotes dropping the facade, for partners, dates and for ourselves, to show up like a million bucks, on the outside and underneath. We want you to be fashionable all the way through, so what's behind the curtains is just as impressive as the curtains themselves. But, that's not our only focus.
Mental Health
Before Mijox was formed, Anthony and Krissan both lost friends to mental health issues and the lack of mental health awareness and support. Especially among male friends. Mijox aims to do something about it. We want to make our communities feel better, feel seen and supported.
Sustainability
We care about the health of the planet. Our products are not only designed to refine wardrobes and reinforce confidence. We are always on the lookout to make things more sustainable. So, we don't leave the world in a worse shape than we arrived in it. From using sustainable materials and practices, and partnering with local initiatives, we are committed to becoming fully sustainable by 2030.
The Founders
Anthony Mijoc
Based in Canberra, Anthony is a painter and mural artist driven by a deep passion for creativity and storytelling. His vibrant murals bring colour and life to the city, transforming public spaces into dynamic reflections of the community’s diverse experiences. For Anthony, art is more than just a craft—it’s a powerful medium for connection, expression, and inspiration. It’s a fundamental part of who he is, fueling both his artistic journey and his role as a single father.
Having lost friends to mental health struggles, Anthony is passionate about raising awareness and challenging stigma. His personal journey fuels his dedication to encouraging open conversations around mental well-being, using both his art and advocacy to create a more supportive and inclusive environment.
Krissan Pattugalan
Krissan Pattugalan is a Canberra raised, New York based, Creative Director and award winning Designer. Throughout his successful marketing career his work has won awards and nominations from The Webby Awards, AdWeek, The Shorty Awards, The One Show and The FWA. And created outstanding work for high profile, internationally regarded companies, including: Rolex, NY Yankees, NBA Draft, MGM Grand, Rolling Stone, Breyers, AIS and Google Cloud. Krissan is driven by fashion and art.
Passionate about environmental sustainability, Krissan believes in making conscious choices in both personal and business practices, driven by a commitment to create meaningful, lasting impact on the planet.
