About Us

Mijox is an Australian underwear and accessories company founded by us, Anthony Mijoc and Krissan Pattugalan, for our community. We wanted to create underwear that wanted to be shown off. And, we wanted to give people a way to do it. 

We realised that all our mates, including us, only cared about the quality of what was under our clothes when we were at a wedding or on a first date. But, what about the rest of the year? How about our partners? They definitely cared. So why didn't we? Don't we owe it to our partners to show up without tattered or unattractive underwear? So, we came up with an idea to make premium underwear that matched sleek and sophisticated accessories. And, to help educate our friends and community on a more elevated underwear and accessories game. So, when people admired their accessories, they got a sneak preview of the underwear that was hidden by the outfit. This effectively turned underwear into overwear. This idea excited us to our core, and we decided to run with it.

Early on in the process of forming the company, we had some personal experiences with the lack of mental health awareness and support, in our communities. Especially among our male friends. This was sadly consistent with our experiences prior to this company. With many friends and family succumbing to the burden of mental health issues, and the lack of support. We wanted to do something about it. And, quickly realised we had the ability to make a difference with our company and product. Because, we believe small, daily acts of expression and bravery build confidence. So, we made a promise to use our product to support the mental health of our communities. And, use any success we gained to support mental health initiatives. We want to transform self concealment to self expression.

Not only do we care about the style and mental health of our community, we also care about the health of the planet. So, our products are not only designed to refine your wardrobe, and reinforce your confidence. They are also made with sustainable materials, like bamboo and recycled polyester. So, you can show off our products with pride, knowing they are crafted for a better world and a better you. Also, we are committed to becoming fully sustainable by 2030.
