Product VIPs

Our products continually evolve and update with every product run. As they evolve. Our early adopters of product lines can influence, and benefit from, the evolution of those lines. With every product line, we release a limited number of VIP Packs. Product VIPs are anyone who purchases these limited VIP Packs. These VIPs receive 'Product VIP Status', or 'Status' for short, and the additional benefits associated with the Status.

Product VIP Status' is offered automatically upon purchase and delivery of any product with a name containing one of the following: "VIP", "VIP Pack", or "Status". Simply purchase the product and you will gain Status. You can immediately start using Status benefits.

Currently, Status benefits include:

• 75% off your first purchase of a pack in the same product line. (eg. If you purchase "The Animals - VIP Pack", your status will allow you to purchase a "The Animals" pack with a 75% discount.
• 50% off your first purchase of a pack of a different product.
• Direct line of communication with the creators of the line. You can use this line of communication to give your feedback on the design, fit and function of your underwear. This feedback will, in turn, influence the changes we make to our products. Meaning, the next runs of product will be more catered to your specific likes and dislikes.
• Invitations to VIP only events.

Note: All of the benefits stack, which means you can claim both 75% and 50% offers, provideing the products you purchase are applicable for discount.

Status last for 12 months after the purchase date of your product.

Your VIP Product Status primarily effects products within the same line as the one you purchased in order to gain Status. This includes discounts, communication lines and event invitations specific to that product line.
